60 minute classes:

Tuition includes: 28 weeks of classes, a recital costume and digital download of recital.

Single payment - $970 due on date of registration

  • Instalment 1 - $370 due on date of registration
  • Instalment 2 - $300 due November 15, 2021
  • Instalment 3 - $300 due February 15, 2022


45 minute classes:

Tuition includes: 28 weeks of classes, a recital costume and digital download of recital.

Single payment - $914 due on date of registration

  • Instalment 1 - $314 due on date of registration
  • Instalment 2 - $300 due November 15, 2021
  • Instalment 3 - $300 due February 15, 2022


Pointe - 30 minute class (Students ages 12 & up who are also registered in a Teen Ballet class):

Tuition includes: 28 weeks of classes

Single payment - $588 due on date of registration

  • Instalment 1 - $200 due on date of registration
  • Instalment 2 - $200 due November 15, 2021
  • Instalment 3 - $188 due February 15, 2022

Twinkle Twos: Fall Session - $260 for 10 weeks of classes. Children must be two years old by December 31, 2021 and be accompanied by one caregiver for each class. The fall session begins September 25, 2021. No class scheduled on October 9. Final class is on December 4. Winter and Spring Sessions will be available.



Discounts:

Single payment discount - 10% off the total tuition when paid in a single payment. This discount applies to full year classes only and does not apply to sessions (Twinkle Twos).
Multiple class/Sibling discount - 5% off the total tuition
No discounts after the first week of classes.



Payment Policies:


Payment must be received with completed registration form in order for registration to be considered complete.

If you have purchased the first installment from the online store, an invoice for the second instalment will be emailed to you 14 days before the due date on November 15, 2021. The invoice for the third instalment is due on February 15, 2022. Payments received after the due dates are subject to a $30 administration fee. It is your responsibility to provide the school with your most current email address.

If any invoice(s) remain unpaid 14 days past the due date, your child will not be permitted in class, until payment is received.

Tuition is not transferable to other family members.

Administration fee of $30 will be added to registrations submitted after the first week of classes. Tuition will be prorated to the start date.



Withdrawal Policies:


A full refund will be issued for students who withdraw before September 20, 2021.

Students who withdraw after September 20, 2021 and within the first two weeks of classes will be issued a refund minus a $30 administration fee and the cost of two classes.

Students who withdraw after the first two weeks of classes will be refunded according to the instalment dates (November 15, 2021 and February 15, 2022). No refunds after February 15, 2022.

In order to withdraw from the school you must provide written notice at least five business days before the next payment is processed.

No refunds after a session has started (Twinkle Twos sessions).



School Policies:

Masks are required for everyone entering the building. Students and teachers must wear masks during classes. Masks must be worn when using the washroom, in the hallways, lobby and other common areas.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for the safe transport of their child to and from the venue(s). Students should arrive 5 minutes early and are expected to be picked up promptly after class at the main doors.

No make up classes or trial classes are offered at this time. Only registered students may attend classes.

Students are not permitted to switch classes after November 1, 2021. Any student who wishes to switch classes may only do so with the Director's approval.

Leaside Dance School reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to low enrollment.

Substitute teachers may be scheduled to teach classes when needed.

Online classes (live via "Zoom") may be scheduled if we are unable to hold in-person classes for any reason. If you decide to withdraw from classes (in studio or online) this must be done before February 15, 2022 to receive any refund.

In cases of extreme weather, classes may be cancelled/rescheduled and we will notify you by email.

No food is permitted in the studios. Clearly marked water bottles only.
